At Genalle, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. We offer a 1-year warranty on all our products from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects. This warranty ensures that your jewelry will be free from material or workmanship defects under normal use.

What Our Warranty Covers:

• Manufacturing defects such as loose stones, broken clasps, or faulty settings.
• Tarnishing or discoloration of gold-plated pieces under normal use.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or color fading over time.
• Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, exposure to harsh chemicals, or improper care.
• Loss or theft of jewelry items.
• Alterations or repairs not performed by Genalle.

How to Make a Warranty Claim: To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for inspection. If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective item at no additional cost.

Important Note: Our warranty policy includes a one-time replacement limit per item. After a replacement has been issued, the warranty for that item is considered fulfilled.

Limitations and Exclusions: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It does not cover any incidental or consequential damages, or costs associated with return shipping.
